Coated fried fish
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 2 pieces
- Bread crumbs - 2 cups
- Pieces of flour - a quarter of a cup
- Vegetable oil
- Halbin fish or cod - 450 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Break the eggs.
- Put them in a bowl and mix well.
- Put the bread crumbs and flour in a separate bowl.
- Season the fish with salt and pepper and cut into long thin slices.
- First roll the fish in a bowl of flour, then the eggs.
- Finally roll the fish in the bread crumbs and fry in vegetable oil.
- When the color will be golden and fish will be crispy, take it out and serve with tomato sauce.
