 Coated fried fish

Ingredients:

  • Eggs - 2 pieces
  • Bread crumbs - 2 cups
  • Pieces of flour - a quarter of a cup
  • Vegetable oil
  • Halbin fish or cod - 450 g
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  • Break the eggs.
  • Put them in a bowl and mix well. 
  • Put the bread crumbs and flour in a separate bowl. 
  • Season the fish with salt and pepper and cut into long thin slices. 
  • First roll the fish in a bowl of flour, then the eggs.
  • Finally roll the fish in the bread crumbs and fry in vegetable oil.
  • When the color will be golden and fish will be crispy, take it out and serve with tomato sauce.
