Roll Ice Cream at Home

The Ingredients:

  • 1 liter cream for builder
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 250 ml
  • 2 Chantilly Cream Envelope (200 g)
  • Flavors to taste:
  • Mashed mango
  • Chocolate cut
  • Mashed strawberry
  • Oreo biscuit small clip

Steps:

  1. We collect the whole mixture together and beat them with a manual or electrostatic paddle, pour the mixture into a tray with small edges, add colored chocolate and put it in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
  2. We remove the ice cream from the freezer and start rolling it with a wide slicer.
  3. And put on it chocolate or strawberry sauce as desired
  4. Important note if you add any fruits, add the pureed fruits in the mixer with the mixture.
