 Fried Mutton

Ingredients:

  • Mutton (500g)
  • Chopped green onion
  • Ginger & garlic paste (1 teaspoon)
  • Vinegar (1 teaspoon)
  • Chili Powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Cumin Powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Starch/corn flour (1/2 cup)
  • Sesame seeds (according to requirement)

Method:

Step 1

Cut the meat into small pieces.

Step 2

Apply ginger & garlic paste to meat.

Step 3

Add vinegar & all the spices to the mutton pieces and marinate for one hour.

Step 4

After an hour, stick the meat with starch/corn flour & sesame seeds.

Step 5

Fry the meat well so that it becomes crispy.

Step 6

Dish it out and serve.
