 Nuts Brownie

Ingredients:

  • All purpose flour (1 cup)
  • Butter (1/2 cup)
  • Eggs (2)
  • Crushed sugar in powder form (1/2 cup)
  • Brown sugar (1/2 cup)
  • Dark cooking chocolate (1/4 cup)
  • Coco Powder (1/4 cup)
  • Chopped nuts (walnut, almonds, pistachio, cashew) (1/2 cup)
  • Baking powder (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Baking soda (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Vanilla essence (1/2 teaspoon)

Method:

Roughly chop the chocolate into small pieces.

Heat the butter, let it melt, add chocolate and mix.

Let chocolate melt, then add coco powder and make a smooth mixture.

When it gets ready, let it cool.

Add sugar and brown sugar together and mix them.

Add eggs in the sugar and whisk well.

Add prepared chocolate mixture in it.

Add baking soda and baking powder.

Add flour and vanilla essence; mix well and make a smooth batter.

Add crushed nuts.

Prepared the baking pan, grease it with oil and put butter paper in it.

Pour the batter in pan.

Put nuts and crushed chocolate at the top.

Bake it in preheated oven (at 180 degree) for 25-30 minutes.
