 Paneer Karahi

Ingredients:

  • Cheese (500 g)
  • Chopped green chilies (3-4, fried)
  • Ginger paste (1 teaspoon)
  • Yogurt (2Tb spoon)
  • Cooking oil (1/4 cup)
  • Cumin seeds (2 teaspoon)
  • Bay leaf (2 pieces)
  • Turmeric (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Salt (according to taste)
  • Garam Masla (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Red Chili Powder (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Coriander Powder (1Tb spoon)
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Chopped green onion

Method:

Heat oil & add cumin seeds and bay leaves. 

When cumin seeds start crackling, add ginger paste and fry till light brown.

Now add yogurt, turmeric, salt, garam masala, red chili powder, coriander powder and fry till oil separates. 

Add cheese and chopped green chilies and fry on high flame till the cheese is well mixed with all spices. 

Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves and green onion.
