 Peach Custard

Ingredients:

  • For Custard
  • I liter milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 Tb spoon wheat starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • For peach sauce
  • 2 large peaches
  • 3 Tb spoon powdered sugar
  • To decorate
  • 1 handful of mint leaves

Method:

Wash, peel and slice peaches into a food processor.

Add the powdered sugar on top and turn it into a puree. Put it aside.

Put all the ingredients(milk, egg yolk,wheat starch, powdered sugar) required for the custard (except vanilla essence) in a pan and whisk with a whisk.

Turn on the heat until it is bubbling.

After the pudding becomes thick and cooked, add vanilla essence, mix it and let it cool for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Then share some pudding and peach sauce in the containers you will serve.

After it cools well in the fridge, decorate it with fresh mint leaves and serve.
