 Vanilla Iced Green Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 liter water
  • 4 teaspoon green tea
  • 1 Tb spoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 4 mint leaves
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cup ice cubes

Method:

Boil the water in deep saucepan. 

Throw the green tea with large leaves in water. Boil it well and strain.

Turn off the stove.

Prepare green tea by brewing it for 15 minutes.

Add honey, brown sugar and lemon juice to the warm tea and mix quickly. 

Put the ready-made brewed green tea into a wide-mouth jug.

Extract and finely chop the washed mint and transfer them into jug.

Chill the tea you have prepared in the refrigerator. Before serving, add ice cubes, after mixing, put into serving glasses.

Serve without waiting with the addition of a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Share this calorie bomb iced green tea with a creamy texture with your loved ones.

Note: Add honey and brown sugar after the brewed tea has warmed up and mix quickly. If you want an intense vanilla flavor, you can add vanilla extract to the tea while brewing.
