 Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • rice (1/2kg)
  • cooking oil (1 cup)
  • 2 chopped green chilies
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • finely chopped green onion (1 medium)
  • finely chopped carrots (2 medium/1 large)
  • salt to taste
  • lemon juice (1 teaspoon)
  • black pepper (1 teaspoon)
  • red chili sauce (1 Tb spoon)
  • green chili sauce (1/2 Tb spoon)
  • soy sauce (1 Tb spoon)

Method:

To make veg fried rice, use cooked rice. If you have raw rice, soak a cup of rice in water. Now put about 7-8 glasses of water in a pan and add a Tb spoon of salt. Also add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to it. When the water starts boiling lightly, add rice to it and stir once. Now lave the rice to cook. When the rice is cooked well, take out the excess water and spread the rice in a large plate so that it is feeding.

Now put a pan on the gas to heat it. Now add oil to it. After this, add chopped green chilies, garlic, onion, carrots and stir well. After 3-4 minutes, add salt, pepper, red chili sauce, green chili sauce and soy sauce. Now mix it well.

Now it is time to mix rice in it. Add rice to this mixture and mix well. Fried rice is ready.

Note: Here we have used spring onion and carrot in this recipe. If you want, you can add some other vegetables of your choice.
