Banana Date Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml low fat milk
  • 2 banana
  • 1/4 cup oat bran (جو چوکر)
  • 60 gram dates (1/2 cup chopped)
  • 2 whole walnuts/5 almonds
  • ice (as required)

Method:

Chop the dates into small pieces.

Slice the peeled banana , Break the walnuts/almonds into small pieces.

Put the low fat milk, oat bran, banana, dates, whole walnuts/almond pieces and ice into the blender bowl.

Pull all the ingredients until they have a thick consistency. Serve the ready drink without waiting.

Note: Serve the smoothie you have prepared cold without waiting. You can use the ingredients you use in smoothie after cooling them and add ice as desired.
